To apply for our long distance training program, please click here and email your full name, date of birth, address, and phone number along with an application essay detailing your background, interests and why you want to train at DMMAA.  Then, please make a minimum LDT application donation of $100.00 USD using the paypal "make a donation" button at the bottom of this page.  Your application essay will be reviewed and you will be contacted of the status of your application to become a long distance student.  International students are welcome to apply.  By applying, you agree to follow all of the rules and regulations of DMMAA as well as the customs, etiquette, and hallmarks of the traditional martial arts.
