The purpose of the Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Council of Instructors is to assist the Grand Master in spreading the teachings, curriculum and ideals of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.

     The Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Council of Instructors consists of the Grand Master, all active Senior Master Instructors, Master Instructors, Senior Instructors, Instructors, Associate Instructors, Assistant Instructors, and Student Instructors who have been duly initiated as Council members.  Members must strictly follow all of the rules and regulations of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association and the Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Council of Instructors in order to remain in good standing.

      The Motto of the Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Council of Instructors is Loyalty - Dedication - Service.

      The Latin translation of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Council of Instructors is Concilium Docentium Societatis Draconis Lunae Bellicosis Artibus.

      This position has been established for those who successfully complete the Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Student Instructor Program.  The Student Instructor will have a chance to develop and refine basic instructional skills under the guidance of a Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Instructor.  The Student Instructor is not authorized to promote students or issue rank.

      This position has been established for those who successfully complete the Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Assistant Instructor Program.  The Assistant Instructor will continue to refine and develop instructional skills under the guidance of a Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Instructor. The Assistant Instructor must have a basic ability to effectively instruct others in the curriculum of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  The Assistant Instructor is not authorized to promote students or issue rank.

      This position has been established for those who successfully complete the Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Associate Instructor Program.  The Associate Instructor will continue to refine and develop instructional skills under the guidance of a Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Instructor.  The Associate Instructor must have an intermediate ability to effectively instruct others in the curriculum of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  The Associate Instructor may recommend candidates for promotion up to one rank below their own.  The Associate Instructor is not authorized to promote students or issue rank.

      This position has been established for those who successfully complete the Dragon Moon Martial Arts Instructor Program.  The Instructor must hold a bachelors degree from an institution accredited by the United States Department of Education.  The Instructor will continue to refine and develop instructional skills under the guidance of the Grand Master.  The Instructor must have an advanced ability to effectively instruct others in the curriculum and ideals of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  The Instructor may promote students up to 1st Lower Level.  All rank certificates are issued by the Grand Master through Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  The Instructor is responsible for complying with all current policies regarding such rank promotions.  The Instructor may recommend candidates for promotion to Higher Level ranks. The Instructor is not authorized to issue rank.

      This position has been established for those who successfully complete the Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Senior Instructor Program.  The Senior Instructor will continue to refine and develop instructional skills under the guidance of the Grand Master.  The Senior Instructor must have an expert ability to effectively instruct others in the curriculum and ideals of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  The Senior Instructor may promote students up to 1st Higher Level.  All rank certificates are issued by the Grand Master through Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  The Senior Instructor is responsible for complying with all current policies regarding such rank promotions.  The Senior Instructor may recommend candidates for promotion to Higher Level ranks above 1st Higher Level.  The Senior Instructor is not authorized to issue rank.

      This position has been established for those who successfully complete the Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Master Instructor Program.  The Master Instructor must hold a masters degree from an institution accredited by the United States Department of Education.  The Master Instructor will continue to refine and develop instructional skills under the guidance of the Grand Master. The Master Instructor must have a masterful ability to effectively instruct others in the curriculum and ideals of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  The Master Instructor may promote students up to 3rd Higher Level. All rank certificates are issued by the Grand Master through Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association. The Master Instructor is responsible for complying with all current policies regarding such rank promotions.  The Master Instructor may recommend candidates for promotion to Higher Level ranks above 3rd Higher Level.  The Master Instructor may recommend candidates for appointment to the Council of Instructors.  The Master Instructor is not authorized to issue rank.

      This position has been established for those who successfully complete the Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association Senior Master Instructor Program.  The Senior Master Instructor will continue to refine and develop instructional skills under the guidance of the Grand Master.  The Senior Master Instructor must have a very masterful ability to effectively instruct others in the curriculum and ideals of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  The Senior Master Instructor may promote students up to 5th Higher Level.  All rank certificates are issued by the Grand Master through Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  The Senior Master Instructor is responsible for complying with all current policies regarding such rank promotions.  The Senior Master Instructor may recommend candidates for promotion to Higher Level ranks above 5th Higher Level. The Senior Master Instructor may recommend candidates for appointment to the Council of Instructors.  The Senior Master Instructor is not authorized to issue rank.

      This position has been established for the Director of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  The Grand Master is the highest instructional level and must hold a doctorate degree from an institution accredited by the United States Department of Education.  The Grand Master is responsible for enforcing all policies, rules, and regulations of Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.  Issuance of all ranks, promotions to Higher Level Ranks above 5th Higher Level, appointments to all Council of Instructors positions, and the issuance of any dispensations are the exclusive province of the Grand Master.
