as energy work. The study of Chi Kung, also spelled Qi Gong, should be of paramount importance
to anyone interested in gaining an understanding of the body's bio-electrical
energy system which forms the basis of the 5000 year old tradition of Chinese
medicine as well as all of the internal martial arts. The practice of Chi
Kung involves combining certain postures with proper breath usage to actually
increase the level of energy or "chi" of the practitioner.
